Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is free forever: full receipts on your machine for every supported agent. No account needed.
What am I paying for?
Pro and Team sync your receipts to the dashboard, add the merge gate and Insights, and let a team work from the same record. You pay per person, never per agent or per run.
How does the trial work?
Pro and Team come with a 14-day trial. You add a card to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't pay.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from Billing in your settings. If you cancel, your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes, with two months free: Pro is $200 a year, and Team is $300 per person a year.
Is Openshard open source?
The core that runs on your machine is open source under Apache 2.0. The dashboard is a hosted service.
Do you have a plan for startups or open-source projects?

What happens if I stop paying?
You go back to Free. Your receipts stay on your machines, and syncing to the dashboard stops.
